1. Website Use Terms

2.2 Marketplace Participation

As a user of our marketplace services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions of items you list for sale, including their condition, rarity, and other relevant details.
• Transfer only items that you legally own and have the right to sell or trade.
• Not engage in price manipulation, market distortion, or other deceptive practices.
• Complete all transactions that you initiate and make timely payment for items you agree to purchase.
• Comply with our transaction and escrow systems for all marketplace activities.
• Not engage in off-platform transactions to circumvent our systems or fees.

3. Behavioral Guidelines

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or defaming any other user of our Service.
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate D Market, a D Market employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
• Attempting to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ, or attempting to access areas or features of the Service that you are not authorized to access.
• Using the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

3.2 Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• Creating fake listings or misrepresenting items
• Using stolen payment information
• Engaging in "bait and switch" tactics
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or circumvent restrictions
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical issues in our systems

will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action. We actively monitor for suspicious activities and cooperate with law enforcement in cases of fraud.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of D Market and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of D Market.

4.2 User Content License

When you post Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

This license enables D Market to make your Content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for D Market to provide, promote, and improve the Service and to make Content submitted to or through the Service available to other companies, organizations, or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication of such Content.

4.3 Third-Party Intellectual Property

D Market respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not claim ownership of CS2 skins, items, or other Valve Corporation intellectual property. All CS2 skins and related items are the property of their respective owners. Our Service facilitates the trading of these digital items in accordance with Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and related policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

D Market, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;
• Any errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall D Market, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;

whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

5.3 Digital Asset Risks

You acknowledge that trading in digital items such as CS2 skins involves substantial risk. Prices can be volatile, and the value of digital items can rise or fall dramatically in a short period. You accept all risks associated with trading, buying, selling, and holding digital items through our Service.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

6.1 Service Modifications

D Market reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that D Market shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6.2 Terms Modifications

D Market reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in London, United Kingdom, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the United Kingdom then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

7.3 Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration shall be conducted in an individual capacity only, not as a class action or other representative action. You expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
